Room Additions Can Add Space and Value to Your Home

Room additions provide the extra space for your growing family and give added value to your home should you decide to sell it later. Most room additions involve extending the size of your house by adding the extra room to an outside wall. The more popular room additions include living rooms, dining rooms, new bedrooms, dens and studies.

Some room additions involve floor space extension by adding a second story room to your current home or a pop-top. This can add value and space to your home without decreasing your garden or lawn footage. Other room additions such as porches, decks, garage or sunrooms add not only value but functionality as well. Considering extending onto your home can be a good investment now and later on.

Meet The Cool and Versatile LED Light

Light Emitting Diodes or LED lights give off cool light, offer a variety of uses, and seem to last forever. They are used in penlights, jewelry, mini-flashlights and a slew of small applications. The common incandescent bulb has a life span of 1,000 hours and fluorescent lights around 10,000 hours. LED lights can live up to 100,000 hours or 11 years of non-stop use. They consume less electricity as they give off almost no heat.

LED lights are used in many households today as decorative illumination for cabinets and bars. They are also used as non-ambient accent lighting in home entertainment areas, dens and bedrooms. In modern kitchens, LED lights are used as cupboard and under-cabinet lighting.
